what's your pricing

Our photo booth rentals prices vary depending on which photobooth package is chosen. The basic package begins at $750 for 2 hours.  Email us for a custom quote for your event at brio@traceylyn.com


Will someone be at the booth to assist me?

Most definitely! Our photo booth attendants are highly trained in the art of modern photo-boothing. They will set up and break down the photo booth, and assist your guests with anything they may need such as printing & emailing photos. They are there to make sure everyone has fun at your event!


Is set up time included in my photo booth rental? 

Absolutely!  We want you and your guests to get the most out of your investment! Set up and tear down time is on us. 


Yes, its true. Seriously! Every guest in the photo can leave with an amazing printout to take home. We use the absolute best dye sublimation printer on the market, which means your fun photos will print out in high quality in just seconds. By the time you're done laughing at yourself on the booth display, the prints will be ready.

How "unlimited" is unlimited prints really? How fast do they print?

 


-Our booth space requires a minimum 10' x 10' area, a minimum height of 7'11" for the backdrop.

- A power outlet should be within 30 feet, and the ground must be level.

- If you have an outdoor venue, a suitable shelter away from direct sun, rain, and wind will need to be provided. If your event is outdoors during daylight hours (8am - 5pm), please contact us and we can work something out!

What are the requirements for the photo booth set-up?


Definitely! We have been just about everywhere in Hawaii, and we've got you covered, and we can prove it!

Our event venue requires proof of insurance, is your company insured?


Yes! All of our backdrops are available to rent without a booth for selfie stations at events & wedding ceremonies. We can create a custom backdrop for you based on the theme of your event, or you can choose one from our existing backdrops. Backdrop stand rentals are available as well! Email us for more info.

Do you rent out just your backdrops?


I'm ready to book. What is the process?

Shoot us an email and we can chat about what is most important to you for your event. We require a signed contract and a $150 non-refundable retainer to secure your date.
